From this single screen an operator has access to scan the entire tank farm to quickly view inventory levels. For facilities using ATG devices, BPA has you covered. Actual t A comprehensive reporting suite is provided as part of the BPA system. BPA is designed to seamlessly integrate with the load rack environment. When Toptech MultiLoad II products are used at the load rack, all transaction data flows directly to BPA. If another manufacturer’s presets are used at the rack a Toptech RCU II may be utilized as a “common preset interface” to serve as a link between the load rack and the automation system. BPA provides a simple data entry screen which allows plant operators to enter scheduled load rack pickups. After an order is entered into the system, the driver can simply enter in the order number at the MultiLoad II and loading will automatically preset to the scheduled order. The system supports the ability to both fax and email reports directly from the BPA interface. Three users may access the system at the same time either from a corporate LAN or remote locations equipped with an internet connection. For more intensive applications, BPA can be configured to support 5 or more ATG interfaces. For tighter control over inventory, BPA features an add-onmodule to allow for allocation limits. This flexible accountingmodule allows for multiple entities to own product in the same tank.
