FREIGHT The most economical and dependable routing will be used and shipments will be prepaid and charged unless customer specifies method of transportation at customers expense. Customer’s claims for damage, loss, etc., must be filed against the carrier. SHORTAGE CLAIMS Shortage claims must be made within two days after receipt of shipment. WARRANTY Warranties as expressed by individual manufacturers will be honoured. RETURNED MATERIAL No material should be returned without NEE’s prior approval. Transportation charges must be prepaid. A 20%minimum restocking charge may be applied. Merchandise returned must be accompanied by a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA), which must be provided by contacting NEE Customer Service.
